Questions
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops future billing right away, but you keep Plus for the rest of the period you already paid for - the Settings page shows the exact date. After that, your account rolls back to Free automatically. Nothing is ever deleted: every bank account, bill, transaction, and past pay period stays exactly as it was. The only change is that Plus-only views (extra accounts, longer forecast ranges, full history, trend insights) go quiet until you upgrade again.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
From Settings, "Manage billing" opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel, update your card, or view past invoices - no email required.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for time already paid for, but you can cancel anytime and you'll never be charged again after your current period ends.
Does the free tier expire?
No - Free isn't a trial. It's a permanent tier with one bank account and unlimited bills, transactions, and forecasting. Upgrade only if and when you want more.
